Classes are strictly payable in full at least 24 hours before commencement of class.
No refunds nor credit apply. A late payment fee of $5 applies if payment is not made before class.
All appointments are sent a confirmation text prior to class. My French Studio reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed appointment.
My French Studio require 7 days’ notice for all cancellations or modifications.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened class time. If later than 10 minutes, your booking will be cancelled and a late cancellation fee will apply.
No show appointments will incur a late cancellation fee which will need to be paid in order to make future bookings.
All cancellations are to be made via phone call or text message. No email cancellation will be accepted. Cancellations must be made by parents/carers on behalf of minors.
Cancellation fees:
- A cancellation fee equal to 50% of class fee applies if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior and at least 48 hours before class.
- 100% of class fee is payable for classes cancelled less than 48 hours before class, as well as no shows and late arrivals (10 minutes or more after scheduled class start time).
My French Studio reserves the right to decline bookings from repeat offenders.
Excellence is a result of continuous hard work and persistence. As such no claims are made as to tutoring outcomes and final results.
